PCSO employs a prize system for Ultralotto based on ‘pari mutuel’ betting system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lotto bets in a given draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.

- You can also improve your odds of winning through the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- Mark the number of succeeding draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the teller and get your generated ticket.
- After the draw, view the 6/58 Lotto result to know if you won the prize.
Lotto 6/58 ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Ultralotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your Lotto 6/58 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to try system plays, these are the options you can choose from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor selects seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player marks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
The total number of combinations increases as the selected numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In the case of System 5R, you only have to pick five (5) numbers instead of the typical six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the bet slip (53 in all) will be partnered with the 5 numbers you chose, thus generating 53 six-number combinations in all.
Please note that your total bet cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

You win a prize by matching at least three (3) numbers of the drawn Ultra Lotto 6/58 combination. The more matching numbers, the bigger the prizes you will win.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize worth PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers wins you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth at least PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your odds of winning by playing a system play. With this option, you can pick up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby generating up to 924 combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5-Roll and System 7 up to System 12.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
