- Mark six (6) numbers between 1 to 58. These numbers will be your 6/58 Lotto combination.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the computer to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Optionally mark one of the options in the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six number combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 6/58 Lotto result after the scheduled draw to know if you matched the winning combination.
Each Ultra Lotto 6/58 number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Ultralotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

6/58 Ultralotto System Bets – How to Increase the Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
These are the options available if you want to play system bets- System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a bettor who picks this option would have to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will have to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
To sum it up, more and more number combinations are produced as the marked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
In the case of System 5R, the player will only need to select five (5) numbers. The remaining (unmarked) 53 numbers will be matched with the 5 chosen numbers. This creates a total of 53 combinations.
Keep in mind that your total bet cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The overall ticket price shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

What are the ways to win in 6/58 Lotto?
In 6/58 Ultralotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) drawn numbers. More matching number means bigger prizes for you.
Matching three (3) of the winning number combination gives you PhP 100, four (4) matching numbers gives you a prize worth PhP 2,000 while five (5) numbers gives you a fixed amount equal to PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.50 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system bet. This option allows you to select up to 12 numbers rather than just 6, thus creating a bigger number of combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall depend on the total number of created combinations.

Can I play Ultra Lotto 6/58 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the playing card. Your Ultra Lotto entry will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Ultralotto entry shall be valid for the six (6) consecutive Ultralotto 6/58 draws including the present draw.
How do I Play Ultra Lotto 6/58 System 5-Roll?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the 6/58 Ultralotto system play which allows the bettor to select only five (5) numbers instead of the typical 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically combines each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the play slip to the five numbers you already selected.
This generates a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5R, simply pick your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto play slip.
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO returned the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Can I get a refund for the Lotto 6/58 ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the terminal. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play slip to the teller.
Are 6/58 Ultra Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
6/58 Lotto winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
6/58 Ultra Lotto prizes PhP 10,000 and below are not subject to 20% tax.
