PCSO employs a payout structure for Ultralotto 6/58 based on ‘pari mutuel’ wagering system. Parimutuel works by pooling all lottery bets in a given draw, then dividing the pool by the total number of winners.
This is the updated prize levels of the 6/58 Ultra Lotto:
- In case you got six (6) numbers of the winning combination in any order, you take home the latest jackpot prize for Ultra Lotto 6/58. Its initial jackpot starts at PhP 49,500,000.
- If you matched five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you win a fixed prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
- If you matched four (4) of the six (6) winning numbers, you receive a fixed amount worth PhP 2,000.

- Select six (6) numbers that will comprise your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 1 to 58.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer randomly generate the number combination for you.
- You can also mark up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to improve your odds of winning the jackpot.
- Mark the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 6/58 Lotto result after the 9:00 pm live draw to verify if you matched the winning number combination.
6/58 Ultralotto ticket costs PhP 20 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Ultralotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your Lotto 6/58 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Six balls numbered from 1 to 58 will be drawn and you win the jackpot prize by matching all of the drawn numbers, in any order. If two or more persons win the jackpot, payment for each winner is determined by dividing equally the jackpot amount.You also win prizes if you match any 3, 4, or 5 numbers of the winning 6-number combination, in any order.

PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 6/58 Lotto bettors in the country.

Ultralotto System Bets – Increase the Odds of Winning
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates multiple combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system bets available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
With System 7, a bettor chooses seven (7) numbers which produces a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the bettor marks eight (8) numbers, generating a total of 28 combinations.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5-Roll, you only mark five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5R, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically paired with each of the remaining 53 digits in the bet card, generating a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Keep in mind that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the overall ticket cost will be. The total ticket cost is PhP 20 times the number of combinations created.

How do I win a prize in 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
You win a prize by matching at least three (3) numbers of the winning 6/58 Ultra Lotto combination. The more matching numbers, the higher the prizes you will win.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you get PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a fixed prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
Matching all the numbers gives you the jackpot prize worth no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your odds of winning by playing a system bet. With this option, you can choose up to 12 numbers per column in the bet card, thereby generating up to 924 combinations.
The system plays you can choose from are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
The cost of tickets in system plays depend on the total number of combinations created.

How much does a 6/58 Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can purchase the 6/58 Ultra Lotto ticket for 20 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
How much do I win if I match all the Ultra Lotto 6/58 winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win the jackpot if you match all the Ultra Lotto winning numbers even if they are not in the same order as the offical 6/58 Lotto results.
You also win consolation prizes if you match 3, 4 or 5 winning numbers.
However, you do not win anything if you only got two (2) or one (1) winning number.

How many 6/58 Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the current draw. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play card. Your 6/58 Ultralotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 6/58 Ultralotto combination will be valid for the six (6) consecutive Ultra Lotto draws including the current draw.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
