- Choose your 6/58 number combination by marking six (6) out of numbers 1 to 58.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Optionally select one of the options under the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can pick more than the usual six number combination.
- If you want to join multiple draws, select the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- After the draw, access the 6/58 Lotto result to see if you won the prize.
Each Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.

The available system bets in 6/58 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
In System 7, a player picks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. With System 8, on the other hand, the bettor picks a total of eight (8) numbers creating a total of 28 combinations.

You win a prize in Ultralotto 6/58 by getting at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you win PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a fixed prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) winning numbers correctly, you take home the jackpot prize of no less than PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your chances of getting the jackpot by selecting up to 12 numbers using a system bet. This type of bet creates a larger number of combinations which ranges from 7 to 924 combinations.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
