- Choose six (6) digits that will compose your 6/58 Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 1 to 58.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the computer to randomly generate the number combination for you.
- You can also improve your chances of winning using the 6/58 Lotto System Play. With this option, you can select more than the usual six (6) numbers thus increasing your total number combinations.
- For multiple draws, choose the number of consecutive draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- See the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9 PM scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 6/58 Ultra Lotto combination costs PhP 20, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your Ultra Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 6/58 Ultralotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

Ultralotto System Bets – Increase the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to try system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With System 7, a bettor picks seven (7) numbers which generates a total of seven (7) combinations. In System 8, the player marks eight (8) numbers, producing a total of 28 combinations.
The overall number of combinations increases as the marked numbers increase. The same rule applies for System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
With regard to System 5-Roll, the player chooses five (5) numbers instead of six. These 5 numbers are automatically paired with the remaining fifty-three (53) numbers, creating 53 combinations in all.
Keep in mind that your overall ticket cost will be much higher in system bets due to the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The overall ticket cost shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations produced.

How to win a prize in Lotto 6/58?
You win a prize in Ultralotto by getting at least three (3) drawn numbers in any order. Higher prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of six (6), you receive PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
If you got all the six (6) numbers correctly, you get the jackpot prize of at least PhP 49.5 Million.
You can increase your chances of winning by playing a system bet. With this option, you can mark up to 12 numbers per column in the play slip, thereby producing up to 924 number combinations.
You can choose from seven available system plays. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
Ticket price shall depend on the overall number of created combinations.

How much does a Ultralotto System 5-Roll ticket cost?
System 5R (5-Roll) is the 6/58 Ultralotto system bet that lets the player to select only five (5) numbers instead of the default 6 number combination.
To complete the combination, the system automatically pairs each of the remaining 53 “unmarked” numbers in the bet card to the five numbers you already picked.
This produces a total of 53 combinations and ensures that you will get at least one (1) winning number in your combinations.
System 5R costs Php 1,060 (Php 20 x 53).
To play System 5R, simply choose your preferred 5-number combination and then mark 5R in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto betting card.
Can I play Ultra Lotto 6/58 in Advance?
You can play up to 5 draws in advance or a total of 6 draws including the present draw. To play in advance, just select your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the playing card. Your Ultra Lotto 6/58 entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen Ultralotto entry will be valid for the six (6) consecutive Ultra Lotto 6/58 draws including the current draw.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund of my 6/58 Lotto payment?
You cannot cancel, void or refund your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket once it is accepted by the terminal. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 6/58 Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the playing card to the teller.
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
On July 18, 2020, PCSO reverted the price of its major lotto games to Php 20.
Are Lotto 6/58 Prizes Tax-free?
Ultra Lotto 6/58 winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to the 20% tax as mandated by the TRAIN Act.
Ultra Lotto 6/58 prizes PhP 10,000 and below are tax-free.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting platform yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
