- Go to any PCSO-authorized lottery agent and look for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet slip.
- Pick a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the bet card.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.

Each 6/58 Ultralotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

Your Ultra Lotto ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.

Ultra Lotto System Plays – Learn How to Improve the Chances of Winning the Jackpot
You can increase your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and creates numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.
In case you want to try system bets, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

You win a prize in Lotto 6/58 by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will get four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.
If you got three (3) out of the six (6) winning numbers, you win PhP 100, four (4) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 120,000.

What is SYS 7 in Lotto 6/58?
System 7 lets you to choose a seven (7) number combination instead of the usual combination comprised of six (6) numbers. This type of Ultra Lotto 6/58 system bet produces a total of seven combinations and costs PhP 140 (Php 20 x 7 combinations).
To play System 7, simply pick your preferred 7-number combination and then mark the number 7 in the SYS column of the 6/58 Lotto betting card.
How much does a Ultra Lotto System 12 ticket cost?
System 12 is the 6/58 Ultra Lotto system play that lets bettors to choose a total of twelve (12) numbers instead of the typical six (6) numbers. This play type generates 924 combinations in all and costs PhP 18,480 (Php 20 x 924 combinations).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations starting August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
