Prizes in Ultra Lotto are split proportionately to the winners of each prize tier. This is the reason why the minor prizes are most of the time lower than the standard amount.
Below are the different prizes for each tier of the 6/58 Ultra Lotto payout structure:

Before continuing, keep in mind that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play.

- Go to a PCSO-authorized lottery agent near you and get the Ultra Lotto 6/58 bet slip.
- Mark a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the bet slip.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option instructs the computer to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- You can also pick up to twelve (12) numbers through the 6/58 Lotto System Play to increase your chances of hitting the jackpot.
- If you want to join multiple draws, mark the number of succeeding draws in the Draw section.
- Give your betting card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- See the 6/58 Lotto result right after the 9:00 pm scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each Ultra Lotto number combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total bet amount would vary from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the total number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the Ultralotto 6/58 ticket and store it in secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your Ultra Lotto 6/58 ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.

PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 6/58 Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to purchase 6/58 Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Throw away your used betting card and old tickets into the trash bin.
Ultralotto 6/58 System Bets – Learn How to Increase the Odds of Winning
6/58 Lotto System Bets allow players to pick more than the typical six (6) numbers per draw, thereby increasing their chances of winning the jackpot.
If you want to play system plays, these are the options you can select from- System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a player who picks this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are produced because the bettor will need to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
The more numbers chosen, the higher the number of combinations produced. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
In the case of System 5R, you only have to select five (5) numbers instead of the regular six-number combination. The remaining unselected numbers in the bet slip (53 in all) will be partnered with the 5 numbers you marked, thus producing 53 combinations in total.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total bet cost will be. The overall ticket cost is PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.

You win a prize in Lotto 6/58 by matching at least three (3) winning numbers in any order. Bigger prizes awaits those who will match four (4), five (5) or six (6) winning numbers.

System 11 allows you to choose a eleven (11) number combination instead of the typical combination composed of six (6) numbers. This type of Ultra Lotto system play produces a total of 462 combinations and costs PhP 9,240 (Php 20 x 462 combinations).
To play System 11, simply pick your preferred 11-number combination and then mark the number 11 in the SYS section of the 6/58 Lotto playing card.
