PCSO uses pari mutel betting system in calculating Ultralotto 6/58 prizes. This means that the actual prize that each winner will get depends on the gross sales and number of winners on a specific prize tier.
The following are the different prizes for each tier of the Ultralotto 6/58 payout table:
- If your number matches six (6) out of the six (6) winning numbers in any order, you win the latest jackpot prize for the Ultra Lotto 6/58 game. Starting jackpot is PhP 49,500,000 but this amount gets larger every time nobody wins the jackpot.
- If you got five (5) numbers of the winning combination, you win a fixed prize worth PhP 120,000.

- Mark a set of six (6) numbers from one (1) to fifty-eight (58) in each column of the betting card.

- Choose the number of consecutive draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your betting card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.

Each Lotto 6/58 combination costs PhP 20. If you played any of the System Bets, the total play amount would range from PhP 140 to PhP 18,480, depending on the overall number of combinations generated. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your Ultralotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your Ultralotto 6/58 ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.

Lotto 6/58 System Plays – How to Increase your Odds of Winning the Jackpot
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/58 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system plays available in 6/58 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are created in System 7 because a player who selects this option would have to mark seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will need to pick a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 58.
The more numbers picked, the higher the number of combinations created. Same rule applies in System 9, System 10, System 11 and in System 12.
With System 5-Roll, the player will only need to mark five (5) numbers. The remaining (unselected) 53 numbers will be combined with the 5 marked numbers. This creates a total of 53 six-number combinations.
Please note that the higher the number of combinations, the higher the total ticket cost will be. The overall cost of the ticket is PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations created.

How do I win a prize in 6/58 Ultra Lotto?
In 6/58 Ultralotto, you win a prize by getting at least three (3) out of the six (6) numbers drawn. More matching number means higher prizes for you.
If you match three (3) out of six (6), you take home PhP 100. Four (4) out of six (6) wins you a prize equal to PhP 2,000 while five (5) out of six (6) gives you a prize in the amount of PhP 120,000.
If you got all the winning numbers, you get the jackpot prize which begins at PhP 49.5 Million.
Increase your chances of winning using a system bet. This option allows you to choose up to 12 numbers instead of just 6, thus producing a bigger number of combinations.
There are seven system plays in all. These are the System 5R and System 7 up to System 12.
The price of tickets in system plays depend on the overall number of combinations generated.
