Grandlotto 6/55 System Bets – How to Increase the Odds of Winning

You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/55 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and produces numerous combinations of your chosen numbers.

The available system bets in 6/55 Lotto are System 5-Roll (System 5R), System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11 and System 12.

A total of seven (7) combinations are generated in System 7 because a bettor who marks this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are generated because the player will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.

To sum it up, more and more number combinations are generated as the marked numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.

In the case of System 5R, a player marks only five (5) numbers and—for the sixth number—pairs these off with each of the remaining fifty (50) numbers, producing a total of 50 six-number combinations.

Remember that your total bet cost will be much higher in system bets because of the higher number of combinations you will bet on. The total ticket price shall be PhP 20 multiplied by the number of combinations generated.

The following table shows the number of combination as well as the corresponding ticket cost per system play.
