Grandlotto 6/55 System Plays – Improve your Odds of Winning
You can improve your chances of winning the jackpot through 6/55 Lotto System Bets. This advanced option allows you to pick more than the usual six (6) numbers and generates several combinations of your chosen numbers.
The system plays available in 6/55 Lotto are System 7, System 8, System 9, System 10, System 11, System 12 and System 5-Roll (System 5R).
A total of seven (7) combinations are produced in System 7 because a player who picks this option would have to select seven (7) numbers. In System 8, on the other hand, 28 combinations are created because the bettor will need to select a total of eight (8) numbers out of the numbers 1 to 55.
In short, more and more number combinations are generated as the selected numbers increase. This same rule applies to the rest of the remaining system plays.
With System 5R, you only select five (5) numbers and if your 5 numbers match the winning combination, you automatically win the jackpot. This is because in System 5-Roll, the 5 numbers you have picked are automatically combined with each of the remaining 50 digits in the bet slip, producing a total of 50 six-number combinations.
Please remember that your overall bet cost will be much higher in system plays because of the higher number of combinations you will place your bet on. The total ticket cost shall be PhP 20 times the number of combinations produced.
The following table indicates the number of combination as well as the corresponding ticket cost per system bet.
