3D Swertre Draw Procedure
The 3D Lotto draws are conducted by PCSO using three blowing machines called “Mega Gems”. These machines mechanically draw the winning 3D Lotto combination from balls numbered 1 to 9, with one ball drawn from each machine.
PCSO Reminders
Players must be at least 18 years old to purchase 3D Lotto tickets or claim prizes. It is the player’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the data printed on their ticket(s) including bet type, bet amount, draw date, and the numbers chosen. Tickets should not be folded, ironed, or wet, and should be signed at the back before claiming prizes.
Taxes on Winnings
A 3D Lotto ticket costs Php 10.00, inclusive of a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST). Tickets can be purchased from the nearest lotto outlet or online using the PCSO e-lotto website.
How to Claim Prizes
Winners of prizes ranging from Php 20.00 to Php 10,000.00 may claim their prize at any authorized Lotto outlet or PCSO Branch Office. Prizes above Php 10,000.00 are subject to a 20% tax according to the TRAIN Law, ensuring compliance with national tax regulations.
