3D Swertre Draw Procedure
During the 3D Lotto draw, three balls are mechanically drawn from two blowing machines called “Mega Gems”. These balls are numbered from 1 to 9, and one ball is drawn for each of the three mega gems. This process determines the winning combination for each draw.
PCSO Reminders
Players must be at least 18 years old to purchase 3D Lotto tickets or claim prizes. It is the players’ responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information printed on their tickets, including the bet type, bet amount, draw date, and numbers chosen. Players must not fold, iron, or wet their tickets and must sign at the back before claiming prizes.
Taxes on Winnings
The cost of a 3D Lotto ticket is Php 10.00, inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and can be bought from the nearest lotto outlet or online using the PCSO e-lotto website.
Winners of prizes amounting from 20.00 up to 10,000.00 may claim their prize at any authorized Lotto outlet or at any PCSO Branch Office.
