How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the computer pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
