How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically generate the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage cans.

3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the computer. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play card to the cashier.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that allows its players receive prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination composed of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you mark a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
How do I choose Lucky Pick?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
