Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout games of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws every 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws normally occurs during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the computer automatically choose the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark the play amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and old tickets into the garbage can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously raised to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
