Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all fixed payout lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO conducts Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws usually takes place during major holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the computer to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your play amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used play slip and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you chose before you submit the play slip to the teller.

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be employees of PCSO and luring them to purchase lotto tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
