How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to see if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional PCSO Rules to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players without face mask will not be permitted to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be part of PCSO and enticing them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
