How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to randomly pick the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet slip and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the live draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be applied in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just choose your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the betting public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
