Your odds of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your generated 3D ticket.
- Check the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
New Guidelines to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the garbage bins.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Are 3D Lotto winnings tax-exempt?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
