How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) digits that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Select the play amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to follow the regulations below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be followed at all PCSO lotto outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the fixed-prize games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito gives you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
