3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular digit lotteries in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior public announcement is made. Postponement of draws generally takes place during major public holidays.
PCSO also holds draws for each of the multi-million peso games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the numbers you have chosen.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied at all outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets rose from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, consider these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Law.
