How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically compute the possible combinations of the numbers you have selected.
- Pick the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.

New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be carried out in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Follow physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used play slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What is the schedule of PCSO 3D Lotto draws?
PCSO airs 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the terminal. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the play slip to the teller.

Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Law.
