How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system select the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have selected.
- Select the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto players must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety protocols are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be carried out in all PCSO outlets nationwide.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used play slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only prizes exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO commenced adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it has no such platform yet in place that will support such transactions.
