3D Lotto (previously called as Swertres Lotto) is one of the oldest fixed payout games operated by PCSO. It has been greatly popular among the betting public since its introduction in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
Live Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. In such cases, PCSO makes a prior announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to follow the guidelines below when transacting in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be observed in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to lessen the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, matching all three (3) winning numbers in exact order wins you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its players win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you choose a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 9-5-5), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
When are 3D Lotto draws held?
PCSO is holding 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court in Mandaluyong City.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet card to the cashier.
Where do I claim 3D Lotto Prizes?

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
