3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed payout games accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are postponed by PCSO. During these cases, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly choose the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Choose your bet amount in the AMT column.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D Lotto ticket.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to know if you win a prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New Rules to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet card and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used playing card and old tickets into the garbage can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor takes home PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the current COVID-19 epidemic.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices went up from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
Is Swertres Lotto the same as 3D Lotto?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Therefore, we still use the name ‘Swertres’ in some of our updates when referring to 3D Lotto.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we recommend that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Lotto winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
