3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout lotteries accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
PCSO conducts live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally takes place during major public holidays.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to see if your ticket matches the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed in all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use alcohols or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to discard used bet slips and/or non-winning lotto tickets.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.

I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
