How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Mark a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Select the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Health and Safety Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be followed in all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe physical distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to lessen the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Apply alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to put away used play slips and/or old tickets.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Law).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you match the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, bettors are advised to check their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.
