3D Lotto, also known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most popular fixed payout games operated by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Pick the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, check the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
New PCSO Guidelines to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must abide by the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO lotto outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be carried out in all outlets in the country.
- Follow physical distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Apply disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to put away used bet slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO generally suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO adjusts its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the day.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
Only persons 18 years old and above are allowed to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

I changed my mind, can I ask for a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is printed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet slip to the teller.
