How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the system choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the system to automatically generate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Choose the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- See the 3D result after the live draw to see if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto bettors to abide by the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away any used bet slips or non-winning tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your marked number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for checking the information printed on their tickets.
How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
