3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively. This means that players are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games conducted by PCSO since its launching in 2002. 3D Lotto is also known as Swertres Lotto.
PCSO holds live Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM every day except when a prior public announcement is made. Cancellation of draws generally takes place during major public holidays.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the five jackpot-bearing games three times a week. How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Pick a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, mark Lucky Pick (LP) to allow the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your printed ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to know if you got the winning combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New PCSO Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be applied in all outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own pen to minimize the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Apply sanitizers or disinfectants before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to throw away used play slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following payout structure for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law because the maximum 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.
Do I win anything if I get all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
