3D Lotto, also known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed payout lotteries operated by PCSO since its introduction in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your odds of winning these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to randomly choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- View the 3D result right after the live draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the guidelines below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Follow physical distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Bring your own pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your bet slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Throw away your used playing card and non-winning tickets into the trash can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your chosen number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your preferred number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination will then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What are the possible 3D winning combination for today?

Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the playing card to the cashier.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the public to not to patronize persons and entities pretending to be part of PCSO and enticing them to purchase tickets online using their platform. To date, the agency has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
