How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can pick from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, view the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket has to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the rules below to be followed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be followed at all lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Put the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to minimize physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or alcohols before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage cans provided to throw away used bet slips and/or non-winning tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Documentary Stamps Tax?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Accordingly, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you take home a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation on August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
