How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play if you want the terminal to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Choose the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to see if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of the 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). In case the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto bettors must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all outlets when buying tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Wear your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be observed at all PCSO outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when placing 3D Lotto bets.
- Use your own pen to reduce the risk of contracting the virus.
- Put the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before you leave the outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to discard used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player wins PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in the bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the price of a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to verify all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet card to the teller.
How to claim the 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
