3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was launched in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the hugely popular fixed payout lotteries in the country. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Choose LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically pick the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result right after the scheduled draw to see if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Important Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or old tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a bettor who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

Frequently Asked Questions about 3D Lotto – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in the play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 2-6-9), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you take home a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you choose a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), generating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in any order, you win a prize worth PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto bet card.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Act since the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are taxable.

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
