How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto play slip.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the system pick the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the terminal to automatically permutate all the possible combinations of the numbers you have picked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you matched the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Additional PCSO Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all lotto outlets when placing bets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to eliminate contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been accepted by the system can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What happens if wrong numbers are printed in the 3D Lotto ticket?
3D Lotto tickets, once generated, can no longer be modified. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the lotto outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their tickets.
How do I play Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that allows its bettors win prizes even if they did not get the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you pick a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 5-8-6), generating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 1-1-3), creating a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto playing card.
How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A bettor can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?

To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.
