How to Play 3D Lotto
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. Here’s the detailed instruction for playing this popular numbers game:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you marked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw panel.
- Give your bet slip and payment to the teller and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be observed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the trash bins.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on PCSO lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO began adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices rose from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you played the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
How much does a 3D Lotto ticket cost?
A bettor can buy the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per number combination at the nearest authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
