For just PhP 12, a bettor gets the chance of taking home PhP 4,500 in 3D Lotto Straight Play, PhP 1,500 in Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 in Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are higher compared to other lotteries, making 3D Lotto one of the most favorite fixed payout lotteries conducted by PCSO. It was launched initially as Swertres Lotto in June 2002.

How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these detailed instructions to learn how to play the PCSO 3D Lotto game:
- Pick your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the terminal to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Pick your bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the total ticket price to the cashier and get your printed 3D ticket.
- See the 3D result right after the live draw to know if you win a prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The bet amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they need to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
New Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
In light of the on-going pandemic, 3D Lotto enthusiasts must observe the following rules and regulations imposed at all PCSO outlets when purchasing tickets to ensure that the minimum health and safety standards are met.
- Always wear your face mask. Players with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Observe social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used play card and non-winning lotto tickets into the garbage bin.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player takes home PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of numbers 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your marked combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What are the prizes in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law because the highest 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings exceeding PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the play slip to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the computer can no longer be voided or canceled.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against purchasing lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO states it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
