This means that players are more likely to win in 3D Lotto compared to other PCSO game offerings, making it one of most popular games of the PCSO since its launching in 2002. 3D Lotto is also called Swertres Lotto.

How to Play 3D Lotto
PCSO 3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) if you want the system to automatically pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw section.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your generated 3D ticket.
- Access the 3D result right after the live draw to verify if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.

PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting system shall be observed in all outlets in the country.
- Follow social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own pen to minimize the risk of contracting the virus.
- Place the play slips and money in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to reduce physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Use the garbage bins provided to throw away used bet slips and/or old tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following prize structure for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor takes home PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you chose.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
What is the 3D hearing for today?
3D hearing, probables or predictions are regularly posted in our Facebook group. Please note that no one can predict the 3D winning number combination. These hearings, probables or predictions are merely for entertainment purposes.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the bet slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been processed by the terminal can no longer be canceled or voided.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes Tax-free?
3D Lotto winnings are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are taxable.

If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at any PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
