3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was introduced in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the extremely popular digit lotteries in the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Standard Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play which has a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of getting these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.

How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed instructions when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can select from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system automatically choose the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito System Play if you want the computer to automatically generate the possible combinations of the numbers you have marked.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your bet card and corresponding payment to the cashier and get your ticket once it is printed.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.

- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting scheme shall be carried out in all outlets nationwide.

- Use your own ball pen to reduce the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the bet slips and money in the tray provided by the outlet to decrease physical contact.
- Use disinfectants or sanitizers before leaving the outlet.
- Use the trash bins provided to discard used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Important Information about your Favorite PCSO game
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Bettors have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you submit the play card to the cashier.

What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto entry before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been accepted by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Releases
February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will support such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4D and 6D Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto draws on August 4, 2020.
