3D Lotto (previously known as Swertres Lotto) is one of the first digit lotteries conducted by PCSO. It has been extremely popular among the public since its creation in 2002. 3D Lotto prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of hitting these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds Swertres 3D Lotto draws at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM daily except when a prior official announcement is made. Cancellation of draws usually happens during major holidays.
PCSO also operates draws for each of the major lotto games three times per week. How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the PCSO 3D Lotto:
- Select your 3D number combination by marking one (1) out of numbers 0 to 9 in each of the columns.
- Mark LP (Lucky Pick) in case you want the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want to play the Rambolito System Play.
- Select your play amount in the AMT section.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw panel.
- Pay the corresponding ticket price to the teller and get your printed 3D ticket.
- Check the 3D result right after the live draw to see if you win a prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount is inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Your ticket has to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Please note that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
New Guidelines to be Observed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to reduce contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash cans.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor receives PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize even if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is DST?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax levied on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Act (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law took effect in 2018. Consequently, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets went up from PhP 20 to PhP 24.
What is Lucky Pick in 3D Lotto?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you cannot think of any number to bet on.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.

February 10, 2021– PCSO discourages everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO said it does not have any such system yet.
