How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) digits that will compose your 3D Lotto combination. You can mark numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you cannot think of any number, mark the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the terminal randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the system to automatically generate the possible combinations of the digits you have picked.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play slip and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket after it is generated.
- After the draw, see the 3D result to know if you win the prize.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not iron, fold, soak in water or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets must be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
How to Play: Select one number (from 0 to 9) from each column for a total of three digits, or mark the Lucky Pick (LP) box and let the terminal randomly pick your number
Additional PCSO Regulations to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
During this time of pandemic, PCSO requires 3D Lotto players to observe the rules below when transacting in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be observed at all PCSO lotto outlets in the country.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Bring your own ball pen to minimize the risk of getting infected with the virus.
- Put the bet slips and cash in the tray provided by the outlet to eliminate physical contact.
- Use alcohols or disinfectants before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to throw away used play slips and/or old lotto tickets.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order takes home PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the bettor wins PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Will there be any 3D Lotto draw during Holy Week?
PCSO normally suspends its lotto draws during regular holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
What is the 3D hearing for today?
3D hearing, probables or predictions are normally posted in our Facebook group. Please note that nobody can predict the 3D winning number combination. These hearings, probables or predictions are solely for entertainment purposes.
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry will be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are taxable.
I bet on the wrong number combination by mistake, can I get a refund?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is processed by the system. Players have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Therefore, you need to verify all the numbers and options you chose before you give the bet slip to the cashier.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you are one of the winners of 3D Lotto today, we advise that you refer to the information below.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto prizes above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing tickets from persons claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO confirms it does not have any such system yet.
