Introduced in 2002 as “Swertres”, 3D Lotto is one of the oldest of all digit lotteries of PCSO. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Straight Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. The odds of winning these prizes are 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167, respectively.
PCSO holds Swertres 3D Lotto draws daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except during major holidays when draws are generally postponed.

How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Choose a set of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto playing card.
- If you cannot think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the terminal generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the system to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Mark the amount that you want to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, select the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw section.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- View the 3D result after the scheduled draw to verify if you got the winning number combination.
Each 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12. The play amount varies from PhP 12 to PhP 600, depending on the total number of combinations. The ticket price includes a 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
Results of the 3D Lotto draws are broadcasted over PTV4 at 11:00AM, 4:00PM and 9:00PM.
Important Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following guidelines in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the lotto outlet.
- Use your own ball pen when placing bets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play slip and payment.
- Use the alcohols, disinfectant or hand sanitizer provided before you leave the outlet.
- Throw away your used bet slip and non-winning lotto tickets into the trash bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Standard/Straight, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player receives PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default option unless you choose Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option instructs the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number combination for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just select the LP in the playslip.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What if I made a mistake in marking my 3D numbers?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the bet slip to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto entry that has been printed by the computer can no longer be canceled or voided.
Can I get a refund for the 3D Lotto ticket that I bought?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket once it is accepted by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you marked before you give the bet slip to the teller.

PCSO Updates and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from persons claiming to be part of a supposed PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such platform yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 4-Digit and 6-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
