How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete steps to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Select three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically select the numbers for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the numbers you picked.
- Pick your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Give your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back portion of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Remember that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Lucky Pick is also available in the Rambolito System Play, but the option of repeating digits is not applicable.
Additional Health and Safety Reminders when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Put on your face mask at all times. No Facemask-No Betting policy shall be applied in all outlets nationwide.
- Observe social distancing when buying 3D Lotto tickets.
- Use your own ball pen to decrease the risk of catching the virus.
- Place the play slips and cash in the tray provided by the lotto outlet to lessen physical contact.
- Use sanitizers or alcohols before leaving the lotto outlet.
- Use the trash cans provided to put away used play slips and/or non-winning tickets.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you mark Rambolito option in your bet card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What are the odds of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Straight Play, the chances of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How do I void an entry in the 3D Lotto play slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto entry, mark the VOID directly below it before handing over the playing card to the teller.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the terminal can no longer be voided or canceled.
Can I play 3D Lotto in Advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just select your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry shall then be played multiple times based on the number of draws you marked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you chose the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Are 3D Lotto Prizes subject to tax?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax mandated by the TRAIN Law since the maximum 3D Lotto winning is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are subject to 20% tax.
Where do I go to claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, pay attention to these helpful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto prizes below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Winnings above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying lotto tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency confirms it has no such platform yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Law.
