3D Lotto is a game of three digits from Zero (0) to Nine (9). It was created in June 2002 as “Swertres Lotto” and has since become one of the most popular fixed payout games accross the Philippines. There are three plays in 3D Lotto. These are the Straight Play which comes with a prize of PhP 4,500, the Rambolito 3 Play with a prize of PhP 1,500, and the Rambolito 6 Play with PhP 750. The odds of winning these prizes are respectively at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Swertres 3D Lotto draws take place daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. During these occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed steps:
- Pick three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to randomly select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the system automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you selected.
- Select the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your playing card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here after the scheduled draw to know if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and store it in safe and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not fold, wet, iron or tamper with your ticket.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Additional Health and Safety Guidelines to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the protocol below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to decrease physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used play slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO uses the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player receives PhP 4,500 in case he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he gets one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in the playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your selected combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How many Advance Draws can I play in 3D Lotto?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played repeatedly based on the number of draws you selected.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto entry shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.

Are 3D Lotto and Swertres Lotto the same?
Suertres (Swertres) Lotto has been rebranded as 3D Lotto by PCSO. However, a lot of bettors are still used to the name ‘Swertres’. Hence, this site still uses ‘Swertres’ in some of its articles when referring to 3D Lotto.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time cancels its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO modifies its draw schedule in such a way that all draws are finished early in the afternoon.
What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variation that lets its players win prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you mark a number combination with three different digits (e.g. 0-1-5), resulting to a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D winning numbers match your number combination in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you select a number combination composed of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 3-3-5), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you receive a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, mark the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play slip.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?
If you won in any of the 3D Lotto draws today, take note of these useful tips when claiming your prize.
To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, proceed to the nearest authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Lotto winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency said it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
July 18, 2020– All major lotto ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously increased to PhP 24 as required under the TRAIN Law.
