How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the detailed steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Choose three (3) digits between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the system to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically permutates and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Mark the bet amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Give your play slip and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- View the 3D result here right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of your 3D Lotto ticket. Keep it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that only 18 years old and above are permitted to play and claim the prizes.
Playing 3D Lotto is easy. You can win a First Prize of 4,500.00 for every 12.00 that you play or increase your chances of winning with a Rambolito play.
Important PCSO Rules to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be followed by 3D Lotto bettors nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Players with no face mask will not be allowed to purchase 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or non-winning lotto tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Straight/Standard and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Straight or Standard play, a player who gets all three drawn winning numbers in exact order receives PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the player receives PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player takes home PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize even if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 in case your marked combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What is the schedule of PCSO 3D Lotto draws?
PCSO is conducting 3D Lotto draws every day at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the PCSO draw court .
How many 3D Lotto draws can I play in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just mark your desired number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto combination shall then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination will be valid for the subsequent six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
I am below 18 years old, am I allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place owing to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.

What is Rambolito?
Rambolito is a 3D Lotto game variant that lets its players receive prizes even if they did not match the winning numbers in exact order.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 or Rambolito 3.
In Rambolito 6, you select a number combination consisting of three different digits (e.g. 2-3-4), creating a total of six (6) number combinations. If the 3D results match your number combination in any order, you win a prize of PhP 750.
In Rambolito 3, you pick a number combination consisting of one repeating digit and another digit (e.g. 8-6-6), resulting to a total of three (3) number combinations. If any of your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win a prize of PhP 1,500.
To play Rambolito, select the Rambolito option in the 3D Lotto play slip.
How do I claim my 3D Lotto Prize?

To claim 3D Lotto winnings below PhP 5,000, go to the authorized lotto outlet or PCSO branch and present your winning ticket.
Winnings above PhP 5,000 but not exceeding PhP 20,000 can be claimed at the nearest PCSO branch office.
Lotto prizes above PhP 20,000 can only be claimed at the PCSO head office located at 605 Conservatory Bldg., Shaw Blvd. corner Priceton St., Mandaluyong City.

Latest Updates and Press Releases from PCSO
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. PCSO confirms it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
