How to Play 3D Lotto
These are the complete steps when playing the 3D Lotto:
- Select three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Choose the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to randomly pick the number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Mark your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Give your play card and payment to the cashier and get your printed ticket once printed.
- See the 3D result here after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning combination.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the the 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket needs to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not iron, fold, wet or tamper with your ticket.
Note that you must be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. In case the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
Important Rules to be Followed by Bettors when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following rules in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be allowed to buy 3D Lotto tickets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from each other.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize physical contact.
- Avoid littering and throw away used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the garbage bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Rambolito and Standard/Straight Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following prize system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a player wins PhP 4,500 if he gets all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player receives PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner receives PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you select three (3) digits, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still win a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
What does LP in 3D Lotto mean?
The Lucky Pick or LP option commands the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the computer. Bettors have the sole responsibility of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket such as the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Thus, you need to thoroughly check all the numbers and options you selected before you submit the bet slip to the cashier.
Who are allowed to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons aged 18 and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some restrictions such as the No Mask-No Betting policy are also in place due to the on-going COVID-19 epidemic.
What happens if the draw date indicated in the 3D Lotto ticket is wrong?
3D Lotto tickets, once printed, can no longer be changed. Hence, players are advised to verify their tickets before leaving the outlet. Bettors are responsible for verifying the information printed on their 3D Lotto tickets.

February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from buying tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting platform. PCSO states it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 4D and 6D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO reverts to the original ticket prices of its all major lotto games. Ticket prices were previously increased to PhP 24 following the implementation of the TRAIN Act.
