How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These numbers will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option if you have no combination in mind. This option lets the computer to automatically select the number combination for you.
- Mark Rambolito in case you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the terminal automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you chose.
- Select your bet amount in the AMT column.
- Mark the number of draws you want to join in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play slip and payment to the teller and get your printed ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the live draw to see if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to store the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, fold or iron or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets have to be validated by the machine when claiming prizes.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.

New Health and Safety Protocols to be Followed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Bring your own ball pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Alcohol or hand sanitizers are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to lessen physical contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used play slips or old tickets in the trash cans.

3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular fixed-prize game. PCSO uses the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Straight or Standard Play, a bettor wins PhP 4,500 in case he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the player takes home PhP 1,500 in case he gets one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 if he gets the three different digits in any order.

3D Lotto FAQs – Everything you Need to Know about 3D Lotto
What are the ways to win in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of numbers 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default play unless you mark Rambolito option in the bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still receive a prize regardless if your marked combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

The Lucky Pick or LP option lets the computer to automatically choose the 3D Lotto number for you if you do not have any number in mind.
To use this option, just mark the LP in the playslip.
How do I correct the numbers I entered in the 3D Lotto bet slip?
To cancel or disregard a specific 3D Lotto number combination, mark the VOID directly below it before submitting the playing card to the cashier.
Please note that you can only void a 3D Lotto number combination before purchasing the ticket. A 3D Lotto number combination that has been printed by the system can no longer be voided or canceled.
What are the odds of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Straight Play, the odds of getting the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the odds of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
How much do I win if I match all the 3D winning numbers but NOT in exact order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you picked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Standard or Straight Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.
Are 3D Lotto winnings taxable?
3D Lotto prizes are not subject to the 20% tax imposed by the TRAIN Act because the highest 3D Lotto prize is only PhP 4,500.
Only winnings above PhP 10,000 are taxable.

February 10, 2021– PCSO warns the public against purchasing tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting system. The agency states it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws have resumed.
July 20, 2020– PCSO announces the resumption of its lotto operation starting August 4, 2020.
