How to Play 3D Lotto
To play PCSO 3D Lotto, follow these detailed instructions:
- Choose three (3) numbers that will comprise your 3D Lotto combination. You can choose from numbers 0 to 9, one number for each column.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose the Lucky Pick (LP) to have the system randomly generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito System Play in case you want the computer to automatically permutate the possible combinations of the digits you have chosen.
- Choose the play amount in the AMT section.
- Choose the number of draws you want to join in the Draw panel.
- Hand over your play card and corresponding payment to the teller and get your ticket once it is generated.
- After the draw, access the 3D result to verify if you win the prize.
3D Lotto ticket costs PhP 12 per number combination. This amount already includes the 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Make sure to sign the back of the your 3D Lotto ticket after placing your bet and to keep the ticket in a safe and dry place.
Do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket. Tickets are heat-sensitive and they have to be machine-validated before you can claim your prize.
Please remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim lotto prizes.
How to Play: Simply select your lucky numbers and play it your way, three (3) times a day. First draw starts at 11AM followed by 4PM and the evening draws at 9PM
New Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following protocol in all lotto outlets nationwide.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors with no face mask will not be permitted to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Follow social distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when purchasing lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and non-winning tickets into the garbage bin.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of the digit games of PCSO. In 3D Lotto, getting all three (3) winning numbers in exact order gives you PhP 4,500 per 12 peso Standard play.
Betting via the Rambolito wins you prizes of PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6.

How can I win prizes in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you choose three (3) digits, one for each column composed of digits 0 to 9.
If your number combination matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you select Rambolito option in your playing card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. However, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much smaller than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Who are permitted to play 3D Lotto?
PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play the 3D Lotto. Aside from the age requirement, some limitations such as the No Mask-No Betting system are also in place because of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
How much is a 3D Lotto ticket?
A player can purchase the 3D Lotto ticket for 12 Pesos per combination at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet. This amount is inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Can I cancel or refund a ticket I already paid?
You cannot cancel, void or refund a 3D Lotto ticket after it is printed by the system. Players have the sole duty of checking the accuracy of the data printed on the 3D Lotto ticket including the number combination, bet type and amount of bet.
Hence, you need to double-check all the numbers and options you selected before you give the bet card to the teller.
What are my chances of winning a prize in 3D Lotto?
In 3D Lotto Standard Play, the odds of matching the three winning numbers in exact order is 1 in 1000 while the chances of winning in 3D Lotto Rambolito 6 and Rambolito 3 Plays are 1 in 167 and 1 in 333, respectively.
Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you marked the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play in case your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

February 10, 2021– PCSO reminds the betting public to not to patronize persons and entities claiming to be employees of PCSO and luring them to buy tickets online using their platform. To date, PCSO has no online betting system yet whether through an app, text or calls.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6-Digit and 4-Digit Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Law took effect.
