3D Lotto, also known as Swertres Lotto, is one of the most favorite fixed-prize lotteries conducted by PCSO since its creation in 2002. Its prizes are PhP 4,500 for Standard Play, PhP 1,500 for Rambolito 3 Play and PhP 750 for Rambolito 6 Play. Your chances of getting these prizes are respectively at at 1 in 1000, 1 in 333, and 1 in 167.
Official Swertres 3D Lotto draws happen daily at 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM except when the draws are suspended by PCSO. In such occasions, PCSO makes a prior official announcement.

How to Play 3D Lotto
3D Lotto is a popular fixed-prize game of three (3) numbers from Zero (0) to Nine (9). Here’s how you can play the 3D Lotto:
- Mark three (3) numbers between 0 to 9, one from each column. These digits will be your 3D Lotto combination.
- Mark the Lucky Pick (LP) option in case you have no combination in mind. This option lets the terminal to automatically generate the numbers for you.
- Choose Rambolito if you want the Rambolito System Play. With this option, the computer automatically computes and generates all the possible combinations for the digits you marked.
- Mark your play amount in the AMT section.
- Mark the number of draws you want to play in the Draw section.
- Hand over your play card and payment to the cashier and get your generated ticket once printed.
- Check the 3D result here right after the live draw to verify if your ticket matches the winning number combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
Once done placing your bet, affix your signature at the back of the 3D Lotto ticket. Store it in a secure and dry place.
Your ticket must be validated by the machine before you can claim your prize. Hence, do not tamper with, wet, fold or iron your ticket.
Remember that PCSO only allows persons 18 years old and above to play and claim the lotto prizes.
You can also to play the Rambolito. Select a 3-digit number combination and the system will automatically permutate and generate all its possible combinations. If the selected 3-digit combination has no repeating digits, e.g.123, the number of combinations generated will be six (6). If the selected 3-digit combination has two (2) repeating digits, e.g. 122, the number of combinations generated will be three (3).
New PCSO Protocols to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
Amidst this pandemic, PCSO imposed the following regulations in all lotto outlets in the country.
- Always wear your face mask. Bettors without face mask will not be allowed to place 3D Lotto bets.
- Observe physical distancing at all times while in the outlet.
- Bring your own ball pen when buying lotto tickets.
- Use the tray provided when handing out your play card and payment.
- Use the disinfectant, hand sanitizer or alcohols provided before you leave the lotto outlet.
- Put away your used bet card and old tickets into the garbage can.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
3D Lotto is one of PCSO’s popular digit game. PCSO employs the following payout system for 3D Lotto:
In Standard or Straight Play, a bettor receives PhP 4,500 if he matches all three winning numbers in exact order.
In Rambolito 3 play, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 if he matches one pair of same digit and another digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 play, the winner takes home PhP 750 in case he gets the three different digits in any order.

How to win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you mark three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Straight/Standard Play is the default option unless you select Rambolito option in your play card.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your selected combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much less than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 if your marked number combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your selected number combination has one repeating digit.
If your number combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

What does DST stand for?
DST or Documentary Stamp Tax is a 20% tax imposed on lotto ticket prices by the government by virtue of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion Law (TRAIN Act).
PCSO started adding 20% DST on the prices of its tickets when the law came into force in 2018. Thus, 2D (EZ2), 3D (Swertres), 4D and 6D Lotto ticket prices increased from PhP 10 to PhP 12 while the 6/42, 6/45, 6/49, 6/55 and 6/58 Lotto tickets increased from PhP 20 to PhP 24.

PCSO Official Announcements & Press Statements
February 10, 2021– PCSO alerts the betting public against buying tickets from alleged PCSO employees through a supposed ‘online’ betting platform. The agency said it has no such system yet in place that will cater to such transactions.
January 6, 2021– PCSO resumes its 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO annouced the resumption of its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after months-long suspension due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– PCSO announces the return of the PhP 20 ticket price of its major lotto games. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 after the TRAIN Act took effect.
