How to Play 3D Lotto
Follow these complete instructions to learn how to play the 3D Lotto game:
- Pick a combination of three (3) numbers from one (1) to nine (9) in each column on a 3D Lotto bet card.
- If you can’t think of any number combination, choose Lucky Pick (LP) to let the computer generate the 3D Lotto number combination for you.
- Choose Rambolito in case you want the computer to automatically compute all the possible combinations of the digits you have marked.
- Mark the amount that you wish to play for each combination.
- For Advance Plays, mark the number of consecutive draws in the Draw Draw panel.
- Pay the ticket price and get your generated ticket once done.
- Check the 3D result after the live draw to see if you matched the winning combination.
One 3D Lotto number combination costs PhP 12 inclusive of 20% Documentary Stamp Tax (DST).
After placing your bet, sign the back portion of your 3D Lotto ticket and keep it in safe and dry place.
Do not soak in water, iron, fold or write anything on your 3D Lotto ticket except the portion designated for your signature. Tickets need to be machine-validated when claiming prizes.
Please note that you need to be at least 18 years old to play and claim lotto prizes.
Matching all your numbers with the winning combination in exact order gives you 4,500.00 for every 12.00 play.
Additional Health and Safety Regulations to be Observed when Playing 3D Lotto
PCSO has implemented the regulations below to be observed by 3D Lotto players in the country.
- Make sure to wear face mask at all times. Bettors without face mask will not be permitted to play 3D Lotto.
- Always observe one (1) meter physical distance from one another.
- Use your own pen.
- Sanitize your hands before and after betting. Hand sanitizers or alcohols are available in the betting area.
- Use the money tray to minimize contact.
- Avoid littering and put away any used bet slips or old lotto tickets in the trash bins.
3D Lotto Prizes for Standard/Straight and Rambolito Plays
PCSO 3D Lotto comes with three different prizes for its Straight/Standard, Rambolito 3 and Rambolito 6 plays.
In Standard or Straight play, a bettor who matches all three drawn winning numbers in exact order wins PhP 4,500.
In Rambolito 3, the bettor wins PhP 1,500 in case he matches one pair of same digit and one different digit in any order while in Rambolito 6 the player wins PhP 750 if he matches the three different digits in any order.

How do I win a prize in 3D Lotto?
You win a prize by playing 3D Lotto in either Straight (Standard) Play or Rambolito Play.
In Straight Play, you pick three (3) numbers, one for each column consisting of digits 0 to 9.
If your entry matches the 3D winning numbers in exact order, you win PhP 4,500.
The Standard/Straight Play is the default play unless you choose Rambolito option in your bet slip.
In Rambolito Play, you still take home a prize regardless if your chosen combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order. The downside is, the prizes in Rambolito Play are much lower than in the Straight Play.
With Rambolito, you play either Rambolito 6 in case your chosen combination has no repeating digits, or Rambolito 3 if your chosen number combination has one repeating digit.
If your combination matches the 3D results in any order, you win either PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3) or PhP 750 (Rambolito 6).

Do I win anything even if I DO NOT get the 3D winning numbers in the same order?
You win either PhP 1,500 or PhP 750 but only if you selected the Rambolito option.
You do not win anything in Straight or Standard Play if your 3D number combination does not match the winning numbers in exact order.

3D hearing, probables or predictions are regularly posted in our Facebook group. Please note that no one can predict the 3D winning number combination. These hearings, probables or predictions are merely for entertainment purposes.
Does PCSO conduct draws during Christmas and New year?
PCSO most of the time suspends its lotto draws during major holidays such as December 25 (Christmas), January 1 (New Year), Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday. In other special holidays such as December 24 (Christmas Eve) and December 31 (New Year’s Eve), PCSO shortens its draw schedule so that all draws are completed early in the afternoon.
Can I play the same 3D Lotto combination in advance?
You can play up to 6 draws in advance. To play in advance, just pick your intended number of advanced plays in the DRAW section of the play slip. Your 3D Lotto entry will then be played multiple times according to the number of draws you picked.
For example, if you selected 6 Draws, your chosen 3D Lotto combination shall be valid for the succeeding six (6) 3D Lotto draws.
How much do I win in 3D Lotto?
In Standard/Straight play, you win PhP 4,500 if you got the winning combination in exact order.
In Rambolito play, you win either PhP 750 (Rambolito 6) or PhP 1,500 (Rambolito 3).

PCSO News and Official Announcements
February 10, 2021– PCSO persuades everyone from purchasing lotto tickets from entities claiming to be part of a alleged PCSO ‘online’ betting system. The agency confirms it does not have any such system yet.
January 6, 2021– PCSO announces the resumption of 6D and 4D Lotto draws.
July 20, 2020– PCSO resumes its lotto operations on August 4, 2020 after suspending it for seveal months due to COVID-19 pandemic.
July 18, 2020– All major games ticket prices are back to PhP 20. Prices were previously raised to PhP 24 as required by the TRAIN Law.
